To prepare for the games, a review meeting was chaired by Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma in the state secretariat in the presence of Sports Minister, Shakliar Warjri, officers and representatives of the Meghalaya State Olympic Association on Wednesday.

Deputy Commissioners of various districts also joined the review meeting through online mode.
